Placing an order
Browse The Ayurveda Rituals online catalogue to make your purchase. Select an item you
wish to order, enter the quantity you desire and click “Order” When your order contains the items and quantity you wish to purchase, click on “checkout”
You will then be asked to provide shipping and payment information. Check the payment options available.
In case the product received is missing in the package or a wrong
product has been delivered- clear images and video of the faulty/ product with
product missing or wrong product delivered along with clear images and video of
spillage (if any wherever applicable), mono-carton and outer packaging images
and videos too.
Once all the details are received, it would take our team 7 working days
to revert on the complaint/ query/ issue. In case an exchange is approved for
your complaint, you will be informed of the same with an authorization number,
and a reverse pick-up of the product will be arranged. In the case of a product
refund there is no refund policy, only exchange the damage products, if we
found the genuine case,
Please also email this document and share an image of the reverse
pick-up consignment (inside and outside packaging) with our Customer Care
representative who you have been in touch with on email.
You have to ship that order on our warehouse address,once the package is received by our warehouse team the exchange order will be processed within 72 hours. You will then be informed of the new
consignment tracking details.

Damages caused
upon negligence or incorrect application cannot be covered under the Returns Policy.
No exchange or return can be processed in case of allergies/skin reactions,
dislikes of fragrance or colour variations.
We highly recommend checking the ingredients list in case of known allergies
and performing a patch test prior to use to check for unknown allergies

quality. To keeps things safe for our customers, we do not accept returns on
opened merchandise. If you are unsure of a product’s suitability, kindly opt
for our sample size packaging.

Shipping Policy
Domestic: We offer free express shipping on all domestic orders.
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse by courier. Please allow the following number of days as mentioned in receipt of your order.
Please note that we cannot offer an exchange or refund on any product on sale, or a product that

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package, for your
request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

Return/exchange
requests are subject to an inspection and checking by The Ayurveda Rituals
team. If you claim a leakage in the product or if it was damaged during the
delivery process, please send us an email with product images and clear video
also with the batch number during open the parcel, We shall take 7 working days
to perform a quality check. If the product passes the quality test and
complaint approved by the team of The Ayurveda Rituals then we shall initiate
exchange process. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application
will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy. Each item can only be
exchanged once.
No cash/payments

International Shipping Policy
1. Custom
charges or any taxes applicable in the buyer’s country are the sole
responsibility of the buyer and to be paid by the buyer only. If any shipments
are returned due to any reasons then the re-shipping charges are to be paid for
